Actor Jonathan Majors escaped jail time and was sentenced by a New York judge on Monday to participate a domestic violence treatment program, over three months after being convicted of reckless assault and harassment. Per Deadline, the one-year “in person batterers” intervention program will take place in LA, where Majors is based.

During Monday’s sentencing, Manhattan Judge Michael Gaffey issued a permanent order of protection against any contact whatsoever with Jabbari, and continued therapy for Majors. The actor cannot apply for or own a gun, and any violation of the sentencing terms could result in Majors being put behind bars for up to 364 days. After announcing her debut solo album “Dopamine” last month, Normani announced that the project’s first single, “1:59” featuring Gunna, will drop on April 26. Normani posted on X: “soo basically my first single 1:59 will be coming out 4/26 🖤

Dopamine will be Normani’s first full solo album since her former group, Fifth Harmony, broke-up in 2018. Beyoncé has dropped a re-imagined new version of her chart-topping hit, titled “Texas Hold ‘Em (Pony Up Remix).” The remix comes just days after Beyoncé released her eighth studio album, Cowboy Carter. Spotify announced that the  27-track album was the music platform’s most-streamed album in a single day in 2024 so far, becoming the first country album to hold the title.
